How to create the Firefox profile on Linux?

There are many reasons to use several profiles in the Firefox. The first is that this is very useful – you can use different settings for different tasks. The second are the privacy and security reasons – for example, you can use the one profile with many add-ons for web developing, and the other, totally clean for internet banking. And the third is that the Firefox instances with different profiles are independent, which means, that the potential problem with one of them will not affect on the other ones.

So, let's do it!
Just run the profile manager from the console:

firefox -ProfileManager

Than, create new profiles using this GUI tool. Now, you can run Firefox with the specific profile by typing:

firefox -P new

You can also use it in shortcuts of course.

And yes, it is that simple. :)
